Machine cannot extract coffee and the lever is stuck

Solution for lifting the lever: Unplug the plug and wait for pressure to release.

Possible causes:

1.Wrong adapter 2.Not push adapter all way in 3.The DG adapter is blocked(Clean it) 4.The capsule is deformed 5.The coffee are too fine or too full

Machine not dispensing water or coffee during brewing?

Solution:

1.Please Check whether the corresponding capsule adapter is used

2.Ground coffee is too fine or overfilled — use 12–15 g of medium-fine grind

3.Use the attached pump pipe for pressurization

4.Perform descaling operation

Why does coffee taste weak?

Solutions:

1. For NES* Original pods and ground coffee, use the small cup water volume

2. Try a slightly finer grind, a slightly larger dose (15g), and a firmer tamp

3. Choose dark roasted coffee beans for grinding

Coffee is not enough hot.

Solution:1.Please Let hot water run through the appliance with the inserted portafilter (with adapter but without coffee grounds) before extracting the first coffee to warm up the brew system.

Solution 2.Pre-warm cups with warm water.

2. Use needle to regularly clean puncture hole of DG* adapter

3. Make sure the capsule is not deformed or damaged

4. The ground coffee not be too fine

5. Please use the correct adapter
